Dyson faces claims from former workers at supplier

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 12 — Ten former workers from Dyson's biggest parts supplier, ATA IMS, is claiming compensation from the home appliance maker over poor working and living conditions at ATA factories, a law firm representing them said on Friday.

ATA IMS confirms Dyson's termination effective June 2022, says taking steps to address audit report

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 25 — Electronics manufacturing service (EMS) provider ATA IMS Bhd has confirmed a news report that Dyson Operations Pte Ltd and Dyson Manufacturing Sdn Bhd have terminated three contracts with its wholly-owned unit, ATA Industrial (M) Sdn Bhd (ATAIM), effective June 1, 2022.
